• All orders are final sale. Jillys Market does not accept returns, refunds or exchanges.
• All second chance items are inspected and any flaws and items dimensions are listed in the description.

SHIPPING

• All shipping is sent via courier. We will only ship Canada Post if you need your items shipped to a PO Box. Shipping is available North America wide!
• Lettermail shipping for smaller items does not include insurance or tracking.
• For expedited/parcel shipping,  a tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped.
• Express shipping does not speed up the fulfillment of your order.
• Jillys Market is not responsible for any damaged or lost packages. We will ensure your items are packaged with the utmost care to prevent any damage in transit.
• The Customer is responsible for any Customs/Duties/ Tariff charges that may apply. Jillys Market is not responsible for these charges. 
• Please Note: it is very important (& your responsibility) to ensure all information provided is true and correct at time of checkout.  If wrong information is provided, we are not responsible for undelivered items to the correct location. When a parcel is returned to us due to reasons such as, incorrect address, undeliverable we are unfortunately charged a shipping fee by the carrier to get the parcel back to us. In the event that your parcel is returned to us the following options are offered. A) We can reship your parcel to you. Additional Fees: Cost of a new shipping label + the shipping fee we were charged for the return or B) Refund your order Additional Fees: Refund for product will be less 1. original shipping rate if a label was purchased and 2. Less the returned shipping fee to us.

DELIVERY

• Jillys Market offers $5 delivery to local residences in Fort Saskatchewan and Sherwod Park. Delivery in Fort Saskatchewan is done in 1-2 business days and Sherwood Park deliveries are made every Thursday, weather permitting. We deliver only to in town addresses.
• Jillys Market is not responsible for theft or damage to your parcel, once we deliver it. Items will be left on your porch or in your mailbox. We do not deliver to apartments or condos where we can not safely leave your parcel.

PICKUP

• Once you recieve notification, your item will be ready for pickup in the bin on our porch. Please let us know if you would like us to put out your items at a certain date & time. Please pickup your items within 2 weeks. Any items not picked up, will be considered forfeitted and will be re listed.
